Refund Policy
Services (Funnel, Automation, Website, Ads, etc.)
- Refunds are not applicable once the project has been started, as each service involves personalized strategy, time, and effort.
- If you choose to cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus consultation, planning, or admin time already spent).
Consulting Sessions (AI, Funnel Strategy, etc.)
- Refunds are not available for completed sessions.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Digital Products or Templates (if applicable)
- All digital downloads (eBooks, templates, guides, etc.) are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Service-Based Projects
- You may cancel a project before the work begins and request a refund of any advance (after deduction of planning/consultation fees, if applicable).
- Once the work has started, no refunds will be processed. However, in some cases, a credit may be applied for future services, at our discretion.
Ongoing Monthly Services (Ads, Support, etc.)
- You can cancel at any time with a 7-day written notice.
- Any payments already made for the current month are non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

We review all requests fairly and aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
